These terms cover your use of wynoraresearch.com, which is run by Wynora Research ("we", "us"). By using the site or taking the quiz, you agree to them.
What we do
Wynora Research is an independent referral partner. We help companies find out whether they may qualify for AI data partnership programs, give them an estimated payout range, and, with their go-ahead, introduce them to a data partner. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any AI company or data partner.
What we don't do
We do not buy, license, store or process your company's data. We do not set the price, terms or timeline of any partnership. All review, terms, agreements and payments are handled directly between you and the data partner. We are not a party to that agreement.
Estimates are not offers
The payout range we show you is an estimate based only on your answers and the data partner's published tiers. It is not an offer, a quote or a promise. The final number, if any, is set by the data partner after they review your company. Qualifying on our quiz does not guarantee that a data partner will accept your company or pay any amount.
No fee to you
You never pay us. We are paid by data partners when an introduction completes. Nothing is deducted from any payment a data partner makes to you.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information about yourself and your company, and to confirm that you have the authority to explore a data partnership on your company's behalf, or that you'll bring in the person who does. You agree to use a work email at your company's domain.
Our content
Everything on this site (text, design, logo, code) belongs to us. You can look at it and share links to it, but don't copy it or use it for your own business without asking.
No warranties
The site and our service are provided "as is." We do our best to keep information accurate and the site working, but we can't promise it will be error-free or always available.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Wynora Research is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, relying on an estimate, or dealing with a data partner. If we're ever found responsible for something, our total liability is limited to $100.
Ending things
You can stop using the site anytime and ask us to delete your information. We can refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Wyoming, unless the law says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
