Wynora Research ("we", "us") runs wynoraresearch.com. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you take our eligibility quiz, we collect what you type in: your company name, your first and last name, your role, your company website, your work email, your phone number, and your answers about your company (industry, years in business, tools you use, types of records you keep, how far back they go, where your employees are located, the primary language your company uses, how many full-time employees you have, and who would sign off on a partnership).

We also collect some information automatically: the page you came from, the ad or link that brought you here (UTM tags and click IDs), your rough location from your IP address, your browser and device type, and the pages you visit on our site.

We never ask you to upload files, documents or any company records through this site.

How we use it

We use your information to estimate a payout range, to contact you about your estimate and about data partnership programs, to confirm that your company qualifies, and, only after you tell us to go ahead, to submit your company to a data partner. We also use the automatic information to understand which ads and pages work and to keep the site running.

Who we share it with

We share your information with a data partner only after you've said yes on a call with us. At that point we pass along your contact details and your quiz answers so they can reach you and explain their program.

We use service providers to run the site, including hosting, database and call scheduling providers. These companies process data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

We use advertising and analytics tools from Meta, LinkedIn and Google to measure our ads. These tools may set cookies and receive a signal that you visited our site or completed the quiz. They do not receive your quiz answers.

Manufacturing shops (our CNC page). If you submit the form on our page for CNC, machining and sheet metal shops, you agree that we may share your contact details and answers with our manufacturing data partner right away, so they can contact you by phone, text or email about your shop’s files. This is the only case where we share your information before a call with us, and only when you submit that form.

Other than that, we never sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Cookies and browser storage

We use your browser's storage to keep your quiz answers while you move between pages, to remember where you came from, and to show you your estimate. Our advertising tools may set cookies for measurement. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your submission for as long as we're working with you or a data partner on it, and for up to two years after that so we can follow up if a new partner fits your company. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. You can also ask us not to contact you again and we'll stop. If you're in a place with privacy laws that give you extra rights (such as the UK, EU or California), those rights apply and we'll honor them.

Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls and a password-protected system to store your information. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.

Children

This site is for people who run companies. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Check back if you want to stay current.
